International Society for Neurofeedback & Research
The International Society for Neurofeedback & Research (ISNR) is a membership organization comprised
of people from many countries and various professional disciplines doing neurotherapy, neurofeedback training and research.
ISNR supports education and excellence in the field of neurofeedback training and neurotherapy and seeks the validation and
acceptance of this discipline by a broad spectrum of society.
Biofeedback Certification Institute of America
The Biofeedback Certification Institute of America (BCIA) was formed in January 1981 to establish and
maintain professional standards for the provision of biofeedback services and to certify those who meet these standards.
Applied Psychophysiologiy & Biofeedback
The Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB) was founded in 1969 as the Biofeedback
Research Society. The goals of the association are to promote a new understanding of biofeedback and advance the methods used
in this practice. AAPB is a non-profit organization as defined in Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
Society of Applied Neuroscience
The Society of Applied Neuroscience (SAN) is a nonprofit membership organization devoted to advancing
neuroscientific knowledge and its innovative applications by empowering both scientists and practitioners in serving the public
by optimising self-regulatory brain function.
