The zip file should be physically unzipped on the PC before running the "ICoN Installer" executable.
ICoN (Independent Component Neurofeedback) is a program for off-line BSS (Blind Source Separation) based on second-order statistics.
It has been specifically conceived for EEG. Unlike many applications for Independent Component Analysis (ICA), ICoN is fully
automated.
ICoN shows on the same screen the original data and the source components, along with their Fourier spectra, Autocorrelation
and Hurst exponent. The estimated source components are localized in brain-space using sLORETA.
ICoN is also a fine EEG editor.
